Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representations dated 05.09.2014 and 07.02.2015, and fix the salary on par with his junior namely K.Sajeetha, as both are working as Elementary School Headmasters in different places of the same block.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a pay anomaly between himself and his junior - K.Sajeetha, even though they are working as Elementary School Headmasters at different places. Therefore, he made representations on 05.09.2014 and 07.02.2015, before the respondents and as those representations were not considered so far, he has filed the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 05.09.2014 and 07.02.2015, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
