PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the learned Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram to dispose the suit in O.S.No.136 of 2022 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ramanathapuram, within a time stipulated by this Court by allowing this revision petition.

ORDER
The defendants in O.S.No.136 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit.

2.A perusal of "B" diary extract reveals that the suit is posted for trial from November 2022, onwards. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the suit is posted to 24.07.2025, for trial.
3.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.03.2026.
4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
