Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to rectify the wrong entry made during UDR Survey Register in connection with my land comprised in Old Survey no.261, 263 and (New Survey no. 120,111 and 106) situated at Sakkimangalam Village Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District and issue patta in my favour based on the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Oo.Mu.no. 7832/2013/No. Dt 2.12.2013.
