[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.244 of 2022, dated 28.03.2022, in the application filed by the second respondent under Section 14 (1) of SARFAESI Act, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, a settlement has been arrived at with the respondents 2 and 3 and hence, he is not pressing this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement, this Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
