PRAYER :- For Anticpatory Bail in Crime No.175 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.175 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a business and the accused is the Manager of his company. The accused obtained loan by using fake photos and Aadhar cards and misappropriated to the tune of Rs.95,00,000/-.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the petitioner herein misappropriated a sum of Rs.95,00,000/- and the investigation in this case is not yet completed. Accordingly, he prays to dismiss the present petition.

5.Considering the nature of allegations levelled as against the petitioner, this 2/3

Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
