ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey, measure and sub-divide his property comprised in S.No.40/2 covered by Patta No.37 situated at Katha Parai Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur as per the application of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015.
3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made an application on 28.01.2015 before the first respondent seeking for the very same relief. It is stated that the such application is still pending. 4.Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 28.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law also by considering as to whether any third party's objection is pending in respect of the petitioner's patta as on today. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
