This petition has been filed, praying to direct the first respondent to strictly instruct the third respondent for not to harass the petitioner and his family members by intervening into the civil dispute by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on the complaint pending against the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
