ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, to dispose STC No.249 of 2015.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the Miscellaneous petition is being adjourned from time to time without a final adjudication.
3. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, to dispose of this STC No.249 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai, is directed to report the compliance, after completion of the proceedings.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
