This petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to secure the second respondent/accused, in pursuance of the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Cr.M.P.No.1096 of 2021 in C.C.No.128 of 2017, dated 23.03.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused has been arrested and remanded to custody yesterday, ie., 29.06.2021, by the respondent Police.
