Atrocities Act i.e.,the District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for P.C.R. Cases)-Theni, in connection with the Crime No.142 of 2026 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on the same day.

ORDER
The present petition has been filed by A1 and A2 in crime No.142 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction as against the trial Court to accept the surrender of the petitioners and to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on the same day of the surrender.
2. Considering the averments in the petition, there shall be a direction to the Special Court for S.C/S.T. Atrocities Act i.e., the District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for P.C.R. Cases), Theni, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on the same day of the surrender in crime No.142 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
3. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
