ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 408, 420, 424, 466, 468 and 472 IPC in Crime No.32 of 2018 , seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3.In this case certain fraudulent entry has been made in the registration of the document by the connivance of the second petitioner, who is working in a Office of the concerned SubRegistrar. Serious allegation is only against the second petitioner. Hence, anticipatory bail is denied to the second petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as far as the second petitioner is concerned. 4.Considering the nature of allegation made against the first petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the first petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Oddenchatiram and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The first petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.The first petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
