This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition No. (C) imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P. No. 1175 of 2026, dated 18.03.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the rival submissions made by either side, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Crl.M.P.No.1175 of 2026, dated 18.03.2026 to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- in Cr.No.233 of 2026 on the file of respondent police is onerous and this Court is inclined to set aside the said condition. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 30.03.2026 PNM 2/4
