RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for executing sureties by the order dated 30/04/2021 made in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3550 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.4021 of 2021 dated 16/03/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.MUTHUSARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3550 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 4021 of 2021 dated 30.04.2021, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. This is the second extension petition. Earlier the petitioner was granted extension of time in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 3550 of 2021 on 30.04.2021. The order copy was made ready on 19.05.2021 and was unable to comply with the conditions. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation this petition is allowed and the time for producing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
