O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Muthumari aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the detenue was married one Chandran about two years back and during the lawful wedlock, they blessed with a son, however, due to matrimonial dispute, she was with the petitioner and found missing from 21.07.2020. In this regard, a complaint also lodged on 22.07.2020. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor Office. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is working at Chennai and she is willing to go with the petitioner. The petitioner has also agreed for the same.

H.C.P.(MD) No.587 of 2020 4.In the light of the above statement of the detenue and the petitioner, no further adjudication is required. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
