[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to implement the order in W.P(MD)No.8557 of 2013 and remove all encroachments within the Manamadurai Railway Station campus scrupulously.

2.The learned standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the Railway Divisional Office, Southern Railway, Madurai issued Form 40(A) notice to the encroacher including the petitioner and necessary follow up action would be taken.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
