issued by the third respondent at slender loris conservation center at Sukkampatty Village of Ayyalur Range in Dindigul Forest Division, Dindigul through third party contractors.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from illegally executing the tender work awarded to the petitioner pursuant to the work orders mentioned in the prayer portion of the Writ Petition, issued by the third respondent, at the Slender Loris Conservation Centre at Sukkampatty Village, Ayyalur Range, in Dindigul Forest Division, Dindigul, through third-party contractors.

2. It is seen that the petitioner was the successful bidder and was executing the work with reference to certain constructions relating to the establishment of the Slender Loris Conservation Centre at Sukkampatty Village, Ayyalur Range, in Dindigul Forest Division, Dindigul. Page No. 3 of 6

3. Earlier, the petitioner had approached this Court by way of W.P. (MD) Nos.6382 and 6995 of 2026, in which relief was granted to the petitioner. Therefore, the rights of the parties are governed by the earlier orders. Now, it is complained that even with reference to the work orders that are granted to the petitioner, the work is being carried out by third parties.

4. When the matter came up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the works that are allotted to the petitioner are not being carried out by third parties.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. Needless to mention that both parties shall abide by the earlier orders that were passed by this Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
