ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.283 of 2015 on the file of the respondent herein.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires four months time to complete the investigation.
4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
