This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 22.02.2025 in C.S.R.No.54 of 2025 and complete the enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, already they registered a case in Crime No.6 of 2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, already the complaint of the petitioner was considered and F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.6 of 2025, no further orders required to be passed in this case.
