ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime number not known of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is a contractor in the Koodankulam Nuclear Power Project and on 31.10.2018 at about 08.45 p.m, when the petitioner was trying to enter into the power plant, when it was questioned the petitioners abused him and threatened him with dire consequences.

3. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 28.11.2018.

Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor , this petition is closed.
