PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, dated 01.04.2021 in I.A.No.2 of 2021 in O.S.No.3 of 2021 and to set aside the same by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that after filing this Civil Revision Petition an attachment order was passed on 03.09.2021 by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambasamudram, which is the subject-matter in this revision, and hence the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He also seeks liberty to file Civil Miscellaneous Petition against the attachment order.
2.In view of the above-said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to file Civil Miscellaneous Petition against the order of attachment. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
