O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to grant Natham house site patta to the petitioner for the lands occupied by him for the past 50 years in Natham S.No.1683 (Old S.No.431/3) of Manamadurai Village, Manamadurai Taluk, as per the G.O.(Pt).No.854, Revenue Department dated 30.12.2006 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that in the representation dated 12.02.2015, the writ petitioner himself states that the house of the petitioner has been demolished on 19.06.2013 as an unauthorised occupation.
