This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to enquire the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.07.2020 and to take necessary action.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation given by the petitioner dated 13.07.2020, was received by the fifth respondent police and thereafter, the same was taken up for enquiry in CSR No.102 of 2020, dated 15.07.2020 along with the enquiry which already initiated, upon the complaint given by the counter petitioner of the petition.

4.Therefore, on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that the prayer sought for by the petitioner was already considered by the fifth respondent police and therefore, no further order is required. However, the fifth respondent is directed to dispose of the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
