ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.05.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that at the time when the husband of the petitioner went for Mass, he was kidnapped by A.K.Nazmudeen and K.K.Kareem. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

respondents would submit that the husband of the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police and given a statement to the effect that he was not kidnapped by anybody else and the complaint given by his wife need not be looked into. It is also submitted that recording the statement of the petitioner's husband, the case has been closed.

5.It is stated by the learned counsel that no such statement was given by the husband.

6.Under such circumstances, if at all the husband of the petitioner is having any grievance against anybody, it is open to him to prefer a separate complaint and seek suitable remedy. 7.This Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly.
