Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6349 of 2022 on 06.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6349 of 2022 on 06.04.2022 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6349 of 2022 on 06.04.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
