ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offences under Sections 498(A) of IPC and Section 4 of D.P.Act in Crime number not known of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners who are the residents of Chennai were called by the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Theni for enquiry, apprehending arrest this petition has been filed.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner's son was employed in Singapore even before marriage. After marriage the petitioner's son with his wife were settled in Singapore. The petitioner's daughter -in-law was there till last week of September 2018. After she came back to her parents place at Theni, she continued to live with her parents and there seems some mis- understanding between the petitioner's son and the daughter -in-law and there is no way of compromise between the daughter-in-law and her family members, based on this a false complaint has been registered against them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.When the matter was taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Submitted that on the complaint given by the de-
facto complainant a petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed.
