....Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2019 in the light of the order of the 2nd respondent in Pa.Mu.(A4) 2062/2017 dated 03.08.2017 and to issue 10(1) computerized patta in favour of the petitioner's name in respect of the land in Survey No.536/6A, Kattu Paramakudi Village, Paramakudi Taluk by rectifying the wrong entries made in the online entries in respect of the above mentioned land within the time limit that may be prescribed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 20.08.2019, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the issuance of computerised patta in his favour with respect to the subject property in line with the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 20.08.2019. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the subject property and he was issued with the patta in patta No.2152. The further case of the petitioner is that in the revenue records, it was stated that the subject property is a Government wet land. Therefore, aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a representation before the second respondent to rectify the records and to change the digital record in the name of the petitioner.

3.The second respondent conducted an enquiry and by order, dated 03.08.2017, directed the 4th respondent to change the digital revenue record in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner, thereafter, made a representation to the 4th respondent. The same was forwarded to the third respondent and the third respondent by communication, dated 21.02.2020, informed the petitioner that the entire records have been forwarded to the first respondent and it is only the first respondent, who has to pass an order and only thereafter, the 4th respondent can carry out the necessary correction in the digital revenue records. Since there was no development thereafter, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions. 4.Heard Mr.M.S.Jeyakarthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the order passed by the second respondent through proceedings, dated 03.08.2017, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass necessary orders in the light of the proceedings of the second respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such orders being passed by the first respondent, the 4th respondent shall thereafter make the necessary correction in the digital revenue records, within a period of four weeks thereafter. 6.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order. A copy of the representation shall be marked to the third and fourth respondents.

7.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
