O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue missing certificate relating to original registered document dated 28.07.1977 alleged to have been lost by the petitioner on 07.01.2023. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner is pending with them and if the petitioner appears before the respondent Police, as per the circular of the Director General of Police, the certificate sought for by the petitioner would be issued to him. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on 15.07.2023. On such appearance, the respondent Police are directed to complete all the formalities and issue certificate as per the circular issued by the Director General of Police without loosing any time. 13.07.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Yuva 2/4
