ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.4138 of 2024 dated 04.03.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy and consequently direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy, to return the documents to the petitioner herein.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
