Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Corporation to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2014 in the light of the proceedings of the respondent in Ma.Va4/003 118/14 dated 12.02.2014 for the shop NO. 367 Assessment NO. 6240006 to the petitioner for allotment of a vacant site in Anna Nagar left hand side of Alamaram Bus Stand within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondent Corporation to consider his representation dated 25.03.2014 in the light of the proceedings of the respondent dated 12.02.2014 for the shop No.367. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that he was allotted the said shop No.367 and however, the said shop was directed to be handed over through the proceedings dated 12.02.2014 with an assurance, if the petitioner makes a request for providing alternative site, the same would be considered. Based on such assurance, the petitioner made a representation on 25.03.2014. As the said representation is not yet considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered within the time frame stipulated by this court.
5.Considering the above said submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2014 and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
