PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C.
PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.258/2022 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.04.2022 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.258 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that Honda Dio two wheeler which belongs to the uncle of the defacto complainant was parked by the defacto complianant near the Hajrath Pallivasal and the same was found missing. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.9074 of 2022 5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that three similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence the bail petition stands dismissed.
