ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.09.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a sum of Rs.1,75,000/- to the proposed accused under the pretext of obtaining a job for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

his son. But the proposed accused neither arranged a job nor returned the money. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that both parties have been enquired into by the respondent police. Before the respondent police, the proposed accused agreed to repay the amount of Rs.1,43,500/- and on that basis the complaint has been closed.

5.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
