ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as the petitioner had involved in some criminal cases, the second respondent police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that the second respondent did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above submission of the learned Government, Advocate, there is no scope for harassment. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
