Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to implement order of second respondent proceedings in Na.ka.A2/6538/2014 dated 15.12.2014 and give further direction not to issue the patta in the name of Rajakambalathar Community in S.No.14, Sri Vadakathiamman koil of Inam Reddiapatti, Virudhunagar Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the third respondent to implement the order passed by the second respondent in Na.ka.A2/6538/2014 dated 15.12.2014, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.It is seen from the records that the second respondent has passed the impugned order dated 15.12.2014, wherein it is clearly stated about the law and order problem. 3.Considering the efflux of time, this Court is of the view that the third respondent cannot be directed to implement the order passed by the second respondent.

Under the said circumstances, this writ petition deserves to be dismissed. 4.In fine, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
