The petitioner has approached this Court that though the case has been registered in the year 2019, the respondent police has not conducted the investigation and therefore, the petition may be allowed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation has already been completed and the final report has also been filed on 07.06.2024 through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Since the final report has already been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the trial Court or to challenge the final report.
