ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 379 of IPC, in Cr.No.492 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner and the defacto complainant are students. The petitioner along with other accused persons attacked the defacto complainant with aruval, when he is going to sell his two wheeler for the purpose of his personal expenditure. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person. Based on the confessions statement made by other accused persons, this petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that apart from this case, there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the fact that there are eight previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
