O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2015.

2. The apprehension of the petitioner is found to be correct, in view of the counter filed by the sixth respondent. According to the petitioner, he is put to harassment, without any basis, on an alleged false complaint. In the counter affidavit filed by the sixth respondent, it is clearly admitted that an enquiry was conducted by him only at the instance of one Advocate - Alex and thereafter, he found that it is not correct to proceed further and he has closed the complaint, advising the said Advocate - Alex and his client to approach the Government for appropriate relief.

3. In view of the specific stand taken in the counter that the sixth respondent is not proceeding further with the enquiry, recording the same, the present Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
