This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No. 260/2019 dated 15.11.2019 on the file of the Adiramapattinam Police Station Thanjavur District and quash the same in so far as this petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai by way of e-filing in No.LTN20220002765 C.No.202400271 on 24.06.2024. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
