ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 5 and 7(3) of Lotteris Regulation Act in Crime No. 802 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.This is the second application for anticipatory bail and the earlier application for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court on 15.02.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2974 of 2023 taking into consideration the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present anticipatory bail petition even after dismissal of the petition, hence this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
