ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.M.A.Jinnah, Advocate for the Petitioner and Of Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor For the Respondents 1&2 this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since there was a difficulty in arranging the sureties, the petitioners are unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.7097 of 2022 dated 18.04.2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.6046 of 2022 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.04.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7097 of 2022 is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
