When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2019 was considered and rejected by the first respondent, by proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in Na.Ka.No.A2/1529/2019, dated 24.08.2020 and the copy of the said 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9965 of 2020 proceedings has also been communicated to the petitioner. Therefore, he would submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the first respondent before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised. No costs.
