PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2015 in accordance with law.

ORDER

Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2015.

4. It is stated that the petitioner's husband was working as Village Assistant and died while he was in service. It is stated that the petitioner's husband he worked for 42 years and therefore the petitioner is entitled to get the Family Pension. Claiming so, she made a representation on 11.02.2015 and the same is still pending. Hence, the petitioner is before this court.

5.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.02.2015 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
