O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The petitioner herein is the husband of one Selvarani, aged 26 years. Alleging that she had gone missing since 24.04.2022 and the complaint given to the respondent police has not resulted positively, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor today has secured the said Selvarani and produced before this Court. 3.This Court on enquiring the said Selvarani understand that she had left the matrimonial home on her own and now working in a company at Tiruppur for daily wages and she is not inclined to join her husband and she says that she had left the matrimonial home on her own and there is no threat to her life.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner on hearing the submissions of the alleged detenue Selvarani submits that he will instruct his client to take appropriate remedy before the Family Court.
