This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1718 of 2024 dated 30.01.2024. 1/3

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court, by an order dated 30.01.2024, directed the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the proposal forwarded by the 2nd respondent with respect to the representation made by the petitioner.

4. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that one limb of the representation has been considered, and the other limb has not been considered and the same is left open.

5. Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the part of the order which is not complied with by means of filing a separate writ petition, this contempt petition is closed.
