Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified, calling for the entire record pertaining to the Impugned Sale Auction Notification in Na.Ka.C4/1001/2016, dated 04.06.2021, issued by the first respondent to schedule to conduct Auction on 18.06.2021 and set aside the same as illegal.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

W.P.(MD).No.10380 of 2021 2.The petitioner is an accused in cases arising under Tamil Nadu Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act, 1997. She is aggrieved by the sale of the petition mentioned property. According to the petitioner, the valuation was not properly done. Some serious allegations have been made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. 3.I am of the view that these aspects can very well be projected before the jurisdictional Special Court. The petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate petition in this regard and the same will be numbered and disposed of by the Special Court in accordance with law.

4.With this liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
