ORDER

Mr.S.Bharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous, as the respondent has issued receipts and has granted the permission. Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
