Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the fifth respondent has produced the order copy stating that he is withdrawing the earlier order dated 23.01.2015.

2. Recording the order dated 16.03.2015, this Writ Petition is disposed of. The authority concerned is directed to effect electricity service connection to the petitioner's Saw Mill immediately. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
