ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of Crime No.57 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other independent investigation agency such as CBCID and to expedite its investigation under the direct supervision of 1st respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that it is a case registered in the year 2015, under Sections 457, 380 of IPC. So far no progress in the investigation. Hence, the present complaint.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in pursuant to the order that has been passed by this Court, a Special Team has been constituted. The above said Team taking care of the investigation process. 4.Let the above said investigation be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
