The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to issue modified patta based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.08.2024. 2.Heard Mr.V.Alex Benny Hook, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition seeks a direction to the second respondent, the first respondent has already called for a report from the second respondent on two occasions.

4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 2/4
