This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2638 of 2024 dated 08.02.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2638 of 2024 dated 08.02.2024 has already been complied with and the complaint of the petitioner is closed on 14.06.2024. Further, he furnished a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
