ORDER

The petitioner in D.V.C.No.66 of 2024, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, has filed the present revision petition seeking expeditious disposal of her complaint.

2.A perusal of the extract of the Court proceedings reveal that the petitioner/wife has filed Crl.M.P.No.26443 of 2024, for interim maintenance. The petitioner has also filed Crl.M.P.No.33107 of 2024, for return of articles. Due to pendency of these interlocutory applications, the main complaint has not been taken up.

3.Considering the above said facts, the learned Presiding Officer, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of Cr.M.P.No. 26443 of 2024, on or before 31.05.2025. The main D.V.C. petition complaint, shall be disposed of on or before 31.10.2025. 4.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
